How often do you need to train?

It depends on your objectives.

  • If you’re a “weekend warrior” or if you simply want to boost your self-discipline, you’ll find a twice-a-week program really beneficial. About 85 percent of E.J.’s clients train with him twice a week.
  • If you want to prepare for a triathlon, you’ll want to start training a minimum of four times a week for 56 days before the race. It’s important to allow enough time to train correctly.
  • If you’re setting your sights on the Junior Olympics or Nationals, you’ll want to follow a similar training schedule.
  • If you want to work on your own and would simply like an occasional “check-in” session, you might work with E.J. just once a month.
